How much do I get paid per delivery?
It's your company and your rules. You get paid what based on your own price model. Dispatch supports pricing models with fixed prices, prices per miles, and fees when something unexpected happens. When you sign up, you'll have a calculator to fine tune your models.
How much money does my company keep?
You keep all of it. You don't need to build in any extra fees to recover losses from us. Our only fees are payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 which are charged to us by our payment processing partner, Stripe.
What areas will I need to delivery to?
You are your own boss. You can get the location that you support based on the zipcodes to which you want to deliver. You can add multiple locations this way all around the country and never need to delivery something 500 miles away. For example, you first location could be called New York and support all of the zipcodes you select there. Your second location could be named SoCal and support only the zipcodes you want to manage in Los Angeles.
Can I limit how many deliveries I get?
Yes! You can set daily limits to not be overwhelmed by deliveries. We have some safety checks in place to everything running smoothly as well.
Can I set up operating hours?
Yes, you can set up operating hours to make sure that you do not receive any orders to be delivered when you are closed. We can also set a buffer period to specify how much advance notice you need before you're able to pick up a delivery. If your buffer period elapses your closing hours, you won't be eligible for that delivery.
Can I directly work with a store instead of using the marketplace?
Yes, you can directly work with stores by creating a custom rate card. This way, you can give you favorite stores custom pricing and other awesome integrations. Custom rate cards are available with our Pro Plan.
Can I use my own delivery software?
While you can manage everything from the Dispatch dashboard, we are full API and Webhook support to get the data from us to your favorite tools. We use Webhooks to push data to you and API's for you to push data back to us.
Can I take orders outside of your platform?
Yes, you can run your existing business along side the marketplace. We want your company to accept more orders, rather than limiting your businesses in any way.
